Grenson Kia says ‘thank you’ to customers as independent reviews prove that dealership is a hit


Grenson Kia is delighted to reveal that according to independent reviews, the dealership and its team have scored a whopping 96% on customer satisfaction. When asked whether they would return to make a purchase, Grenson proved that an overwhelming number of its customers would remain loyal.

The figures come from independent review company, Reevoo and comprise everything from scores and comments on the dealership through to the range of cars. Now in its second year, Kia has published over 10,000 unfiltered, independently-verified model and dealership reviews by Reevoo on their UK website, with an average score of 9 out of 10 across their range of cars.

With these results, Richard Tongue, Sales Manager at Grenson Kia is keen to thank their local customers for the kind compliment and his team for their commitment to customer service: “I am bowled over by the response from our dealership reviews and would like to thank all of our Kia owners for taking the time to feed back. Having a platform for our customers to express honest and transparent comments is essential for our business success. But it’s testament to the fantastic team here that we’ve had such positive reactions.”
