I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Shogun from Steve West at Grensons in Crewe, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Steve was extremely accommodating to my needs, and found me the perfect car which comfortably fits my lifestyle perfectly. He was understanding, caring, and even provided colouring books for my two young children. Great Customer Service
Just bought a Mitsubishi Colt Ralliart privately and had it serviced with Grenson Motors, for the big Colt Ralliart/CZT 60K miles/6 year service. This was a fairly comprehensive service and required a great deal of work and parts changing. The speed of the service was impressive as this was completed in less than 2 days. The servicing team always kept me well informed throughout the service, and called before ordering new unexpected parts. When I collected the car, a small windscreen chip was noticed, but there was no way to tell when this chip would have been created. The servicing team manager dealt with this extremely fairly and agreed to cover half of the costs to get this fixed. A member of the servicing team even stayed after working hours to supervise the crack being fixed. This is actually my 3rd Mitsubishi and the level of customer care given by Grenson is exactly why I am a returning customer.
Found staff to be very helpful and friendly, there was a minor issue but was soon sorted out, this is my first Kia and I’m very happy with it, I will be dealing with this company again in the future. And thanks to carwow for giving me options for the best deals around.

I have purchased 10 new vehicles from Grensons over many years. I have my cars serviced and repaired at Grensons when required. The level of customer service is second to none. From sales to service reception you get a friendly and efficient service. I currently have a Shogun, Swift and a Citroen Picasso all provided new by Grensons. I would strongly recommend Grensons to anyone who appreciates quality service.
I’m extremely happy with my Suzuki Vitara S recently purchased from Grenson Suzuki. I have found the whole process from viewing to collection of my new vehicle a very smooth process, with no pressure at any time from anybody. Steve the salesman is probably well up there on my Christmas card list, as his friendly, non pushy approach makes him the kind of guy I’m happy to do business with. The staff are cheerful and can’t do enough to help, and with the latest technology they ensure that all work carried out is upfront and transparent. I even got a video of my Mini whilst it was in the workshop! They service non franchise vehicles at amazing prices, whilst delivering VIP customer service and amazing workmanship! Just a message to say what a fantastic experience I’ve had purchasing a new car through yourselves. When my little Citroen Saxo 2001 finally gave up, I initially felt very anxious and unsure about what to do next. I knew I needed a new car, but was very unsure about the process and what my options were. However, from the very first moment I stepped foot in your Grenson dealership, Brian Coombs was very friendly and welcoming and guided me to make an informed decision on what i could do with what little money I had saved away (this wasn’t something I had expected to happen!). I advised Brian that I was very interested in the Citroen DS3 as I had always loved these, and he made it his mission to get me the best one you had.
I was really taken aback by how excellent his customer service skills were and how he portrayed that he only wanted the best for me. He put me at the centre and made me feel very valued as a customer. He was also very personal and broke the barrier between sales advisor and customer to create a warm, comforting atmosphere.
Having worked in customer services and sales for most of my working life, I can personally say his attitude and enthusiasm were lovely to see and his genuine care and compassion for customers were of the very best standard.
Brian made the sales process easy and understandable and made it work around me.
Thank you for making the experience so enjoyable, quick and easy! I’m absolutely LOVING the car and I really enjoy driving it. It feels like luxury, especially compared to what I was driving before! Now I feel good when I’m driving in my car and it’s given me a fantastic confidence boost. The car itself is so quiet and just wants to keep on going! It reaches 60-70mph without breaking a sweat and I’m not worried that my car is going to fall to pieces when I jump onto the motorway, unlike my other car! The car was given to me in pristine condition (minus a few cosmetic marks on the outside, nothing of which I’m concerned about) and I was very impressed with how rigorously it was checked over beforehand – that really helped to put my mind at ease!
So a final massive THANK YOU for being so amazing, it has well and truly been the best customer service I have ever received. I hope Brian gets the recognition he deserves for such outstanding levels of service and dedication to me as a customer.
